Sending Email from the Digest List

For those of you send email on the SWPC Digest List: I keep getting groups of "bounce" messages due to people putting the Digest List as a CC address. Many of the email providers cannot relay as a CC to the address of a Digest List such as ours. So, please DO NOT use any address other than the Digest List either as a CC or in the TO address. Use ONLY the list address, please, because I get ten to twelve "bounce" letters when you use others. Also your name gets flagged for no access due to excessive bounces or fatal bounces when the system cannot find the address of your other than Digest List. If you want to send to a specific name then send to that name and not to the whole Digest List. If you want to send to the Digest then use the Digest List and no other addresses because they are treated as mutually exclusive on most of the email providers. Please don't write me and tell me that you have done it and it works OK for you. I already know that it works for a lot of people but it is the ones that don't work that cause a problem. I am controlling all that I have the ability to control for this situation. Thank you for your cooperation.
